The ThermoVault1000 is a stainless steel thermal barrier for use with the Temp1000P or Temp1000FP data loggers. This durable enclosure is submersible and can withstand temperatures of up to 350°C (230°C with O-Ring). This device is easy to install. Simply open the enclosure, insert the data logger, thread the probe through the end cap and latch it back onto the barrier body. The ThermoVault1000 is built for use in applications that require extreme temperature monitoring, such as with furnace profiling, geothermal down-hole recording, and oven data logging.

The ThermoVault140 is an extreme high temperature data logging system, for use with a HiTemp140 data logger and stainless steel thermal barrier enclosure. This durable system can withstand temperatures up to 250°C when completely submerged and 350°C in dry heat applications (O-ring removed). The ThermoVault140 is built for use in harsh applications that require extreme temperature monitoring, such as with furnace profiling, geothermal down-hole recording, and oven data logging. The ThermoVault140 is available in multiple probe sizes. The 5.25” probe is ideal for ambient temperature monitoring, while the 24” flexible probe can be easily adjusted to measure hard-to-reach locations, or even the internal temperature of a product.

The TSR101 is a battery powered, stand alone, tri-axial shock data logger. The TSR101 measures and records data of instantaneous shock levels when the user-selectable shock levels have been exceeded. There are 15 reading rates to choose from ranging from 1024Hz to 1 Hz. The TSR101 is valuable in characterizing environments such as packaging & fragility assessment (drop testing), break & crash testing, and shipping validation. This is an all-in-one compact, portable, easy to use device that will measure and record data for approximately 349,000 measurements per axis. The storage medium is non-volatile solid state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. The device can be started and stopped directly from your computer and its small size allows it to fit almost anywhere. The TSR101 makes data retrieval quick and easy. The TempRetrieverRH is a low cost, reusable, humidity and temperature data logger. No external probes are required to achieve its high performance as both the humidity and temperature sensors are internal to the device. The device can record up to 16,383 readings in its non-volatile memory and coupled with up to a one year battery life, this makes for the perfect temperature and humidity data logger when keeping down costs is paramount. The MadgeTech software includes a full host of features that allow the user to set the start method (i.e. pushbutton, delayed start or immediate start), start date and time, sample rate, high/low alarm limits, 6-character device ID and a 16-character extended ID. Data can be offloaded and displayed in most common temperature and humidity units. The software will also automatically calculate Mean Kinetic Temperature, dew point, water vapor concentration as well as other useful statistics to simplify analysis. For additional custom analysis, the data can be quickly exported into a MS Excel® spreadsheet with the click of a button.

The MadgeTech Therm•A•Lert is a temperature monitoring and alarming system, designed specifically for laboratories, warehouses and other environments where temperature monitoring is critical. The system can be used to monitor a single location, or expanded to monitor hundreds of locations over a broad area (additional MadgeTech wireless loggers and transceivers may be required). The Therm•A•Lert provides real time wireless, or wired, notification of temperature. The data logger features user programmable alarms that can be configured to send a message via text message (standard SMS rates apply), on-screen alarm and/or via e-mail if an alarm condition is met. The Therm•A•Lert device is equipped with two-way wireless communication. MadgeTech wireless systems offer a flexible and robust integration for many applications. The TCTemp2000 is a thermocouple temperature data logger perfect for applications requiring instant remote readings of temperature. The 8-button keypad and large LCD provide convenient access to current data and data logger setup. This data logger has an internal temperature sensor and one external input for J, K, T, E, R, S, B and N type thermocouples. Additionally, memory and battery levels, external power status, sampling and recording status are shown on the LCD. Available on-screen data includes: statistics (min, max, average) for both channels; recording status (start, stop and recording rate); display options (channels shown, units, text size); and calibration information (date calibrated, date for recalibration). Statistics can be cleared at any time during logging. The TCTemp2000 comes with a wall mounted universal power adapter.
