This dual-scale hand-held refractometer measures both the water content and Brix of honey.

The N-8α (alpha) is specially developed to measure very low concentration solutions of less Brix 8%. The N-8α (alpha) is a model developed for very low concentration use where the Brix is 8% or less. The scale has been magnified and high precision measurementsare possible. It is the best for measuring low concentrated solutions such as dozen to hundred times dilluted water-soluble cutting oils.

The best for measuring pure alcohol and alcohol after distillation.

The honey refractometer is specially designed to determine the percentage of water contained in honey by means of the refractive index.*Calibration with the Standard liquid LK (RE-99010)

The refractive index of a solution containing sugar is in proportion to its sugar concentration. The model 500 uses this principle, where a transmitting system is applied, to obtain a high contrast in the field of view. *Verification with the 10% Sucrose Solution (RE-110010), 20% Sucrose Solution (RE-110020), 30% Sucrose Solution (RE-110030), 40% Sucrose Solution (RE-110040), 50% Sucrose Solution (RE-110050) or 60% Sucrose Solution (RE-110060).

This model, the R5000 has a refractive index scale. It can be used for simple, quick, and easy measurement of refractive index.

This is a desktop refractometer that allows for hands-free operations.Designed for ease of use and simplicity, the stand has a space for a receptacle, and the daylight plate has a handle for opening/closing.
