Voltage testing options for Memory HiCorders
The 9666 and 9665 are 100:1 and 10:1 attenuation probes used to measure high voltage with Hioki Memory HiCorders.
Note: This probe does not expand the maximum rated voltage above ground of an isolated input.
*Please check for Memory HiCorder compatibility by referring to the recorder's product catalog.
Attenuates the input voltage to 1/100 or 1/10
• Input capacitance to the probe can be lowered to reduce the load effect
