The AVS150 is a complete system used to perform autoclave validations. The AVS150 consists of a N.I.S.T. traceable HiTemp150 data logger, an IP68 extended range thermal shield, an IFC200 USB cable package and MadgeTechs Secure Software and IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols, providing tools to users to assist with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. For larger size autoclaves or mapping projects, the AVS150-5, includes five HiTemp150s and five thermal shields. The HiTemp150 is completely submersible and can measure temperatures up to 150°C. The 2" rigid probe provides a fast response time and can record readings as fast as once per second. The HiTemp150 can be used in each autoclave cycle for verification and to provide data for validation. When used with the thermal shield the device can withstand up to 250°C (time dependent).   MadgeTech's Secure Software provides data in graphical and tabular form, and provides a summary and statistical report of the data. New ultra low temperature data logger, records temperatures as low as -86°C. The Cryo-Temp can be used in a broad line of applications such as monitoring blood plasma, vaccines, pharmaceuticals, frozen foods and shipping containers. This stand-alone device does not require any additional probes. The enclosure is designed with a handle for easy attachment and is splash proof. It utilizes a USB docking station to communicate with a personal computer. The PR2000 is a battery powered pressure data logger, with an LCD. It is perfect for applications requiring displayed pressure readings and a logger. The 8-button keypad and large LCD provide convenient access to current data and data logger setup. The RFPulse2000A is a wireless data logger that records pulse output signals from various sensors such as flow meters and anemometers. When started, the data logger samples at 100Hz and at the user specified reading rate, recording the total number of pulses from the sample to memory. The RFPulse2000A features an LCD screen which provides instant access to the current reading, minimum, maximum and average statistics. Through the software the device can be programmed to convert the pulse output into a different unit of measure such as gallons per minute or miles per hour. This information can be viewed on the LCD screen of the data logger as well as in the software. The RFPulse2000A is unique in that it not only calculates pulse count, but it also calculates pulse rate. Engineering units can be programmed into the device as a rate, which allows the device to calculate the measurement unit in rates per second, minute, hour or per day. The RFVolt2000A is a wireless data logger designed to measure and record DC voltage signals. The data logger can connect directly to DC voltage sources which makes it ideal for battery usage studies, solar energy monitoring and other DC voltage monitoring applications. The RFVolt2000A can also be interfaced with with a wide range of voltage output sensors, including pressure sensors and CO2 sensors, as well as transmitters and other transducers. The RFVolt2000A is available in a 2.5V, 15V, 30V or 160mV measurement range. The RFVolt2000A features an LCD screen which provides instant access to the current reading, minimum, maximum and average statistics.
