The AQ6373 is one of the latest additions to the AQ6370 Series of Optical Spectrum Analyzers.  With the ability to provide high speed, accurate analysis of the short wavelength range between 350nm and 1200nm, this OSA is well suited for a broad range of applications.  The AQ6373 can accelerate the development and manufacturing of short wavelength lasers, passive devices and LEDs as well as equipment that uses these devices for the biomedical, material processing, consumer product and telecommunications markets.  With built in color analysis capabilities and remote command compatibility with the AQ6315, the AQ6373 provides an upgrade of capabilities, speed and performance for current AQ6315 users.

High Performance LONG WAVELENGTHThe AQ6375 is the first bench-top optical spectrum analyzer covering the long wavelengths over 2 μm.It is designed for researchers and engineers who have been struggling with inadequate test equipment to measure in these long wavelength ranges. The AQ6375 achieves high speed measurements with high accuracy, resolution and sensitivity, even while providing full analysis features. Troublesome calibration steps and the development of external analysis software is no longer required.

The AQ6370 Viewer is a package of PC application software for PC-based analysis and measurement with the AQ6370 series Optical Spectrum Analyzer.   Applicable for AQ6370, AQ6370B/C/D, AQ6373, and AQ6375.

Responding to the growing needs for reliable and ease-of-use field test instruments for installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks, Yokogawa AQ7280 Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) is designed to empower field technicians to make fast and precise measurements with confidence. The AQ7280 satisfies a broad range of test and measurement needs in analyzing optical networks from access to core.

The AQ7275 is one of the best selling OTDRs in the world. Model lineup has been expanded to a total of 9 models to choose from with a dynamic range of up to 45dB . Wavelength capability spans from 850nm (MMF) to 1650nm (SMF). An impressive 0.8m event dead zone makes this model an excellent choice for FTTH and metro, core networks. Enhancements include a PON option allowing accurate event analysis after a 1x32 splitter with significantly reduced undershoot effects. Also unique to the industry is a built-in section of launch fiber to eliminate the need for a separate launch box. Latest standard features includes the convenient capability to display a fiber connector inspection probe using one of the unit's standard USB I/O ports.

The AQ1200 Multi Field Tester OTDR is a compact and lightweight handheld OTDR optimized for the installation and maintenance of optical fiber cables. Designed with ease of use in mind to simplify field testing, improve work efficiency and ensure qualify results. Seven models are offered, each with unique wavelength(s) based on their specific application.   Reduced energy, emission of CO2, NOX and SOX about 40% compared to the previous model.  

The AQ7277 is an OTDR module for RFTS (Remote Fiber Test Sytem), which uses the advanced technology transferred from the AQ7275 high performance OTDR.
